We never ask guests to write in the Guest Book,
it just sits on the Koa counter, we don't even mention it. We have not skipped any entries, there are no negative entries, we have never had a dissatisfied guest. Only about 1 out of 3 guests, write in the guestbook, but every single entry has been positive. |
